8 Iconic TV Show Buildings That Actually Exist

Without buildings, all TV shows would totally exist outside which means every show would be like Survivior or the Amazing Race. Buildings are also cool because they protect actors from rain and we all know that most people look less attractive when they're soaking wet. I like buildings because they protect me from the evil demon monsters and they're a great place to hide from the police.

#8 Dunder Mifflin Building (The Office) -  Located in Van Nuys, California, the Dunder Mifflin building does a very good job acting and looking like a building in Scranton, Pennsylvania. It's also the home of some of the greatest "that's what she said's" ever said.

#7 The Friends Apartment Building (Friends) - Located at the Corner of Bedford and Grove in Manhattan, the Friends apartment building houses many New Yorkers who pay way too much money to brag about living in the Friends apartment building.

#6 The Jeffersons Condo (The Jeffersons) -  The Jeffersons moved on up to the east side at 185 East 85th Street in New York City. And call me crazy but it kind of looks eerily similar to the Candyman building in Chicago.

#5 30 Rockefeller Plaza (30 Rock) - 30 Rock is one of the original buildings of Rockefeller Plaza not torn down. It has since been adapted as an annex building to 30 Rock and it's the birthplace of "Goregasm," the greatest video game ever invented.

#4 Los Angeles City Hall (Dragnet) Joe Friday's office was completed 1928 and is still the tallest base isolated structure in the world. I have no idea what that means but it sounds pretty cool.

#3 The Bada Bing (The Sopranos) - All interior and exterior shots of the Bada Bing were filmed on location at Satin Dolls, an actual go-go bar on Route 17 in Lodi, New Jersey. The popularity of the series and the notoriety of the Bada Bing! resulted in economic benefits through "tours" and "souvenirs" of the real-life club.

#2 The Cheers Bar - 84 Beacon Street in Boston is the home of one of the most infamous bars in the world and supposedly a great place to meet Cougars who are still in love with Ted Danson.

#1 Tom's Restaurant (A.K.A. "Monk's Cafe" In Seinfeld) -
Tom's Restaurant is a diner located at 2880 Brodadway on the corner of 112 Street in the Morningside Heights neighborhood of Manhattan in New York City. Tom's is still the featured location of the Seinfeld New York tour... yes, there's actually a Seinfeld New York tour.

I found a CHEERS in the airport when I was flying out of Malaysia back 2004. The sign was the same, but I couldn't find Norm anywhere.smilies/grin.gif

Walker Texas Ranger
written by Festus, September 27, 2009
The Bar that was used in Walker Texas Ranger (CD's Bar and Grill) is the White Elephant Saloon in the Fort Worth Stockyards.

In fact if you watch Walker when they show the bar on the front door there is stll a large sign with the White Elephant Logo.

Northern Exposure
written by Pretzel, September 27, 2009
There's a town in Mid-Washington State called Roslin, where they filmed most of the scenes for Northern Exposure. There's still some show memorabilia- a window with "Dr. Joel Flieschman" (Sp?) on it, among other things.

uggs online sale
written by uggs online sale, January 03, 2010
I'll do whatever it takes to win uggs sale games, whether it's sitting on a bench waving a towel, handing a cup of water to a teammate, or hitting uggs outlet the game-winning shot.
